Privacy Policy
Plain-English summary of how Tallest Tree Digital LLC (“Tallest Tree”) handles personal information collected through this website and through our work with clients.
What we collect
Website visitors. When you visit tallesttree.digital, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, pages viewed). Tags loaded through Google Tag Manager also collect data about your visit. Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used. The Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight tags measure our advertising and can be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site. Visitor-identification tools from Clay and Apollo try to match visits to companies and business contacts, so we can follow up with organizations that show interest.
Forms and subscriptions. If you fill out a contact form, request a proposal, or subscribe to updates, we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, and company.
Client engagement data. Clients share access to their analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, and CMS so we can do SEO and ad-grant work. We treat that data as confidential, use it only to serve the client, and remove our access when an engagement ends.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries
- To send updates if you’ve subscribed
- To deliver and improve our services
- To analyze site performance in aggregate
- To measure our advertising and learn which organizations are interested in our services
We do not sell personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing. The analytics, advertising, and visitor-identification services listed below do receive data about your visit, under their own privacy policies.
Third-party services
This site and our operations rely on services that may process visitor or client data. The major ones: WP Engine (hosting), Google Workspace (email and docs), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads (site analytics and ad measurement), LinkedIn (ad measurement and audiences), Clay and Apollo (visitor identification), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, PartnerStack — see our Affiliate Disclosure). Each of those services maintains its own privacy practices.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar identifiers for analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Google Ads and LinkedIn), visitor identification (Clay and Apollo), and affiliate-link attribution. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. Google and LinkedIn also let you limit ad personalization in your account settings with them.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU or UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we materially change how we handle information, we’ll update this page. Last updated 2026-10-26.
